I'm not bothered that they took the time to trans it. What bothers me is that they then made their own addon out of my design.

I suppose I should thank you.

But I feel more like suing you.

I feel cheated, considering I spent half the day trans-ing it.

Oh well. Thanks, I guess. I think I guessed wrong.

Ah. Forgive me, but I don't speak Troll. Anyway, I'm making a better logo right now. That one was more experimental. THe new one is reminiscent of the Aperture science logo, actually, now that I think about it. Oh well.

This has been an unofficial announcement from NovaTec Primitive Research and Development Labs.

Off Topic / Re: I just beat Portal 1

Portal is without a doubt my absolute favorite Xbox360 game. I got to the point where I can beat it in about 45 mins. Then my Xbox broke 'beyond repair'. The week before Portal 2 came out. So it looks like I won't be playing Portal 2 for awhile.  :panda:

Add-Ons / Re: Sgt. A. Walter's Weapons
« on: April 23, 2011, 11:55:49 AM »
For the record, 'action' should not be interpreted as 'semi-automatic, automatic, or three shot burst'. 'Action' refers to how the rounds are cycled within the gun. Single-action, for instance, means the hammer must be roostered manually before firing. Double action, on the other hand, is when the gun automatically primes the hammer with each shot. Action may also refer to bolt-action, slide, gas-operated, etc. In the future, please do not confuse action with rate of fire.

Now that my rant is finished, I have to say this is a very impressive weapon for Blockheads. Congratulations. Plus one virtual cookie :cookie:

Pretty positive feedback. Frankly, I'm surprised that none of the MSPAINT trolls have condemned me yet. I'll work on the transparency, and probably dilate the sidearm. Thanks for the constructive criticism! :cookieMonster:
In case anyone was interested, this is what it looks like on my avatar.

Care to explain to the rest of the world what 'anfvaced' means? Furthermore, if that's all you had to say, I'd rather you didn't say it.

The NovaTec Advanced Research And Development Labratory is a highly advanced research corporation with several divisions. I am on the Chief Executive Commitee, which consists of: US Freeman (me), General Cheez, and Redhawk. We are the top three executives of the company. We are also heads of the research staff for the main three departments.

There is a process for being inducted as a scientist for our labs. First, you must join a NovaTec Application Server and build three random models to the satisfaction of the executives present. Next, you must be in at least three servers where you function as an entry-level test rat. Afterwards, you will repeat the building test. Upon completing these tests, you will be promoted to the rank of Scientist Grade D, working your way to Grade A.

This is my very first decal, and I am very proud of it. First up, it is not tranparent, mainly because I don't want to see people rainbowifying it. It stays one color.

Attached is a picture of the decal.

Help / Blockland spontaneously crashes.
« on: July 14, 2010, 08:41:01 AM »
Exactly what the title says. Whenever I join a server, it either works, or crashes right when it finishes loading objects. When I start my own servers, it crashes whenever it wants.

-I have already tried with only default addons
-I have already reinstalled
-I have the console with trace(1);

If you read the console log, you'll see there were no non-default add-ons enabled. In fact, aside form Script_Copymod, there were no non-default addons installed at all.

Start a game, open the console, type trace(1); in the console, start the server, then give us the log.
I did, and it crashed before it got to the loading screen.

Grr. It started crashing again.

I can't give you a log of the game once I've spawned, because it usually crashes right when it finishes loading.
