For the defibrillator to work, you may need to make a player type that delays complete death. It would also have to delay blood and gore.

The other guns need mount positions too. Like a grenade could be worn on the chest or something, and pistols could have holsters.

one thing that i may sugest, you have two explosives, two assault rifles, and two snipers, how about adding another pistol like the USP .45 and another submachine gun like the UMP45 and an AA12 Shotgun which is automatic, but maybe instead, a light machine gun like an M249 SAW
well along with those, how about always having only two shots with the RPG-7, and maybe claymores and throwing knives (throwing knives would rock) and maybe an Intervention Sniper Rifle which is a bolt action rifle.

i think another pistol like the USP .45 should be added, and maybe a M249 SAW.
Also a LAW. for those who dont know what that is it is a light rocket launcher that shoots one rocket. it is then thrown to the ground because it is made of plastic

I had an idea after reading about people wanting the scope on the scar gone, You could make different varieties of the scar, you could include them all or have separate downloads, one could be simple, the other could have everything on it, scope, laser-sight, vertical fore-grip. these would just be for looks but would satisfy the different wants of the people, assuming you want to satisfy the peoples wants.
yes that is good, but scopes are not commonly used on the scar, only iron sight or red dot sight, but i think that would look best with just the iron sight

Yeeees, sorry. My fault, I didnĀ“t look close enough and made the wrong magazine.
you should fix it and here is a picture that you could use to help you out is a MW2 screen shot (the second and third picture is something for a bit of detail in case you make the model more hi-def

EDIT: and i think that you should take off the scope on the scar, and just add the back of the iron sight (of course fix the magazine) that would be better in my opinion, and a scope doesn't normally go onto a scar either

like i said, a busmaster acr would be great... these weapons dont seem to injure the players during a dm, only zombies and ais. do you have to have a certain player type??

Rail system, yes, magazine no. The ACR and the Scar both have Mag wells built for M4/M16 magazines. The mag in that ACR is just a Magpul P-mag, which is a M4/M16 style magazine. The stock on the ACR is also just a Magpul style stock, more or less, it's the SCAR one combined with a Magpul CTR stock. I doubt the creator would take the time to make it and, the iron sights wouldn't even be functional so, there's no point in mentioning them.
if you looked at the second picture that i attached, you would see a different style of the magazine, different details, i personally think this would be a good weapon, but here is another suggestion for the pack:
an M9 Pistol and/or a USP .45 Pistol here are pictures, the first is the M9 and the second is the USP

no, if any M16 is made it should be the A4 or A3, the A1 is old and this is modern weapons
