I can take a good guess.
Do you know how expensive that equipment is? A single M4A1 is over 1000$. They wont go around giving rocket launchers to all the police stations in the world. They don't have that kind of time or money, for that matter, to transport random weapons, especially in a zombie apocalypse.
And your spelling sucks. This is a fourm, not a conversation over texts.
