I was camping once, and then suddenly there was this really loud "thump" on the roof of our cabin. Nobody knew what it was, so I went out to look. And then it happens again. I look and a pinecone bounces off of the roof. It went on for a while. At the speed that thing was going at, everyone made sure to avoid being hit.

Those things were like bullets.
