So, as you.. most likely don't know, I have ADHD, normally this leads to my parents searching for some medicine for it, but pills got me to anorexia, because I couldn't eat anything, but that was long ago and I'm fine now, but recently I found out about some ADHD patches and we got a prescription for it.

They.. work.

I'm not thinking about jumping up and down and screaming every second, or running around, no side effects from the medicine like, upset stomach.. No.. Depression, mood swings, tics, vomiting fits or seizures.

Discuss ADHD and/or it's meds.

I...I think hes talking about bricks being random colors when he places them...or something or maybe the rainbow fx paint.

Your account is messed up because random bricks appear, and you do not know why.  Your brother asked why one of the bricks had a rainbow effect, you are asking how to fix it.  Is this correct? 
May I please advise you stay away from forums when high?

My account on blockland is messed up i spawn bricks so much and its so weird! my bro came to me while i was building and he said whats with the rainbow? how do i fix it? also the JJ guy is right and i know its in the wrong place that was an accident + idk how to put screenshots on here
