Make sure if you have rotondo's zombie mod enabled, to put on friendly fire. That fixes it for me.

How would I acess the Minigame thing while the CityRPG is running?

Well do you even know any commands host only or not? Because I know a few non host one, they're kinda pointless though: turnright(1); the 1 is to start turning and turnright(0); to stop turning. And those are both non host ones.
