And don't judge by my avatar, that I am crappy at design... That is picture graphic design, and web-layout design is completely different. Also, I'm good with HTML.

Rat lord....Oh you mean the other handicap...

I lol'd. I found it rather amusing, due mainly to the fact that at the age of thirteen, I have 3 GCSE's in computing, 2 in English, one in Math, am Grade 7 at piano, and am taking my A-levels at the moment with the local college. Also, I am able to start University at the early age of 16.

Yeah, handicap...

Animal abuse: Abuse or cruelty directed at animals.
Legal abuse: Vexatious litigation or malicious prosecution to retaliate, coerce, or emotionally/financially harm a person.
