he probably told you to post it

That's quite an accusation.

I haven't told anyone to do anything.
Again, I am not returning nor do I have any intentions to.

This topic was brought to my attention as I checked the forums for anything in relation to this.

Actually after reading the terms and conditions again it states "Blockland LLC grants you the nontransferable, nonexclusive right to use the software..." By nontransferable I assume that it's referring to keys.

The name will be safe as long as someone is holding it btw

Well yeah,

Even though I am not sure, I'll assume that's what it means as well.
Like I mentioned, DragonoidSlayer can just use my name if/when that is to happen.

I also have a question. If a key is revoked, does the name get revoked also, or does the name never get used again, because it is linked to the revoked key.

I'm assuming just the key itself.
If that is the case, you can take my name if something like that were to happen.
But I doubt that it would involve the name as well. It's just a name.

We are required to read the Forum Rules and agree to the T&C before joining the forums and or purchasing/playing of this game.

In my opinion,
Badspot should include Key Sharing in the Forum Rules.
If there are rules that aren't mentioned along with the ones that are mentioned and there are players unaware to these rule(s), it is only fair to include them or have them written as well.

It's the same as picking an apple from an apple tree, cutting it in half, eating one half, and giving the other to someone else.
Let's say a farmer has a set of rules that must be followed in order to eat from his tree, and a T&C in regards to his tree and eating from it. But the farmer does not have any written rule in regards to sharing apples with individuals. Because a person shares a half of his apple with someone else, the farmer confiscates that persons half and has that person arrested?

Doesn't seem fair right?

The same concept applies to other social networks/etc.

Even purchasing Video Games (CD's for specific consoles) from stores can be applied with this concept.

I could pay $60.00 for a Call of Duty game from GameStop. Will they penalize me for sharing the disc with a friend? People all across the U.S. and where else share video games with eachother.

Even Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare has a Key System. The same concept can be applied there as well.

No pun intended,
But I thought it was "Sharing is caring", not "Sharing will penalize you!".

Like Steam, they mention "Do not share your password with anyone!"
But they don't penalize you if you do, it's your choice.

Again,
It's honestly no big deal. If Badspot revokes them, he revokes them. He created Blockland, the forums, etc. It's his given right.
There honestly nothing furthermore to be said. If it happens, it happens.

Now,

I read through the entire T&C thoroughly and highlighted three main points brought out.
What rule am I breaking again? I see nothing in regards to "Key Sharing".

Well,

If they are deactivated, they are deactivated.
It's honestly no big deal. I couldn't find the T&C, but I already brought out what the Forum Rules mention on Page 6.

It's still key sharing, doesn't matter who you give your key to. If you're worried about losing them you email them to yourself or write them down and put them in a safe place, not share them with people.

It was nice knowing you though, your servers were fun.

I do appreciate that.

As mentioned in the ►►►Forum Rules:, I see nothing in regards to the distribution of my keys.

1. Do not post ambiguous topics.
I have not posted any ambiguous topics.

2. Do not post adult content.
I have not posted any adult content.

3. No warez
I have not started any discussion on pirating software(s).

4. Use the Search feature before posting a question.
Always have. Common sense.

5. Do not plea for sympathy
I have not plead for sympathy. My response on Page 6 was to address and confirm my leaving of Blockland and the actions that I and others have taken initiative on.

6. Think before you post
Again, common sense.

7. Do not flame
Yet again, common sense.

8. Do not cross post
There were 3 topics started on Bounty Hunter! 24/7. One by Faraday, one by me, one by Tetrahedron.
Each one of the topics explaining to whom the new host is. I have not broken this rule either.

9. Do not advertise other forums
Again, common sense.

10. No pyramid/referral schemes
Common sense.

11. No chain-letter style spam
Lastly, common sense.

In regards to all 11 rules, in which none I have broken.

I am not worried about loosing my keys, over time I have memorized them, and I do have them documented just in case.
I payed $20.00 for my first key, and $20.00 again for the second one, in total $40.00 (Obviously). I purchased both keys with my own money, in which making both keys "my" property, and gave them to two individuals to whom I trust out of sheer kindness. Since I won't be playing anymore, I have no need to keep them in my possession. But it would be a waste of time and money to discard of them when I can just entrust them to a specific person. But if Badspot decides to deactivate them regardless, there's nothing furthermore to be said. If they are deactivated, they are deactivated.

I've known you a long time and I vouch for your responsibility in keeping the Yoke name safe. Hopefully when he has time he can pop in once in awhile, I've always liked Yoke, hes a good guy, but life happens.

I greatly appreciate that, likewise.
I will be able to do that every so often when needed.
DragonoidSlayer, Google Glass, and Tetrahedron will be handling this current issue.

Lastly,

Thanks for the map revision. I was planning on doing that eventually.
Make sure to update the quote by the way.

If you ever need help with anything, DragonoidSlayer knows how to contact me.
Please consult him if you ever encounter an obstacle with anything.

Why would he give his key to anyone?

There's no need to report my ID, yes, I did entrust my Key with Dragonoid.
I still appreciate the concern on the other hand.

I've entrusted my entire collection with DragonoidSlayer and Google Glass.
This involves my Add-Ons, Saves, Photos/Renders, Info, Etc.
I've entrusted DragonoidSlayer with Yoke (5081), and Google Glass with my alternative key (7209).

Tetrahedron will be hosting Bounty Hunter! 24/7 from now on along with many other server I formally ran gradually.

Since I completed the development on RED VS BLUE | PVP with the help of many, I also entrusted the components of that project with him as well.

In regards to the situation with I-Panda,
I, personally, have witnessed similar situations. Yes, I-Panda has helped "Slightly" with the development of a few servers. He does however act unruly on multiple occasions. He disturbs the players of the servers, (Airstrike at spawn as mentioned) and has taken advantage of me for the time I've known him. (Mostly displayed on Parkour Knife (PK) TDM) As most people whom are familiar with me know, I am very kind. In my own opinion, his actions displayed a "Controlling", unreasonable and foolish vibe. Though I do agree, that his ban should have been less severe.

In harmony with what Tetra mentioned,
Yes, I have quit Blockland. It has been a "distraction", and I have a lot of more important things that I need to focus on.
I'm heading over to the AI Art Institute and I will not have the time to host/contribute to the BL community anymore.
My time period in Blockland has been fairy (An estimate, not approximate) from around V.5 to Present. However, I have enjoyed the time I have had here. I do not plan on returning either. All these enduring issues or "dramas" that have been going on that I hear of, I have been very unambiguous to them all. I have a tendency to not get wrapped up in things like that. Yet again, I still appreciate the concern.

I've had a feeling something like this would occur.
This is my last response in regards to this situation, thanks again.
