What excactly are you talking about? Bot names cannot appear over their heads.

Bot names are set so if you kill them, it will say:

doomdog09 > (Botname)

> is replaced with the weapon you kill it with.

He probably dosen't have the skill to build such a high detailed ship. That's why he stole saved it. Otherwise if he tried to build the same thing, it would be vunerable to flames and flames like mad.
