Help / Weird shapes and texture problems...help!

Hello. I just got blockland but when i play weird jagged shapes start popping out of things and textures go invisable and flashy. I tried changing the graphics from high to medium, but that only helped a little and sometimes still happens bad. Does anyone know what the problem is? I included a screen shot.
