there should be a thing where there's like a 20% chance for, when a round ends in prisoner victory, the guards play as a swat response team and the prisoners have to defend the prison. this chance would go higher the quicker the prisoners win or if more prisoners riot

Wouldn't a warday regularly fit this description?

2 people are able to instantly trigger it round after round of it already having occured.

Oh lovely. The Return of that broken record of an argument about the donation system.

People give money.

They get a 'Thanks for contributing, have a gift for you donation!'.

Even if they're donating purely to get a said gift for donating, they're still donating.

Ever heard of Patreon?
Same concept.
Give money to support whatever you're donating to, get a reward for donating/for loyalty.

Personally, from what I have seen of Visolator, I don't think hes honestly a bad guy.

He made some bad mistakes and he has payed the price, as all do.

I think he feels genuinely guilty, is sincerely sorry, and now wants to do more and not make any further mistakes like what he did before.

Now if he does it twice, I think that warrants less of a chance/reasoning to let him repent.

That's just my two cents about this whole thing.

Mmmh. I think when they reply to his high BL_ID it is to estimate and generalize how new he is to Blockland, and also how new he is to Mini Empires.

It's less of a "Oh you're a high BL_ID, you must be stupid" but is more like "Oh you're likely new, yeah you're not going to be an administrator."

It just one of those things in Blockland a person will use to get a generalization and gage how hes going to act. Sometimes new people are completely helpful and interesting, other times they seem odd and silly.

Picture A shows what Person X did and it gives a reason to just ban him when he appears at your server.

OT:
This has been clarified like bi-monthly over the last 10 years in this games history. There is no "Map stealing" the save feature is implemented for a reason and if you care that much use special bricks or rename your bricks! This is a useless drama and you should be ashamed.

To be fair if you were to make a giant castle all by hand and some random person comes by, saves it, and then claims that he/she him/herself made it by hand, then thats a fair bit different story no?

While the Samus miniboss is essentially a runner with better health and an actually deadly weapon, I feel the GentleSpy miniboss is the less useful/more stally of the two.

The gentle has the cloak and the quick movement speed letting it escape certain death provided it didn't cloak. Long story short, glorified infiltrator with a irritating cloak, probably don't need it.

I get that Samus can double jump and run around the map as a runner could and would do and while I don't think I have ever really seen someone stall the game with it, I can understand it.

Just my 2 cents.

No, on the contrary, it can be really smart and efficient.

Also islands need more trees.

I think players make their own trees.

Yes, I can, and I mean yes I know we get the PLAT rank but really? No commands? Thats bullstuff paying $25 for one server.

Donations are made to support a server. They were not made to give out free stuff.

Here is how donations work.

You give money out of your own conscious choice and actions.

The server thanks you, and as a bonus, gives you a novelty item for supporting the item. The trails are just a thing that say "Hey I support the server! Look at the pretty trail I got for supporting the server!"
