At first I read this as "Calebs" and I said "There are a lot of Irish people in California...? What does that have to do with this topic?" Weird. But I don't watch television too much anyway, so I don't think I'd pay anything.

I don't order out a lot, but when I do, I always tip about 20%, but usually more to teenage waiters/waitresses or delivery people, regardless of the bill. Serving people can be a hassle a lot of times and more often than not the tip is well deserved. Seems weird that you wouldn't make anymore than $10 for all those deliveries, though. Maybe it was a mistake...I hope you get better tips in the future.
