I just started watching MLP on YouTube. Pretty good, but not awesome. I know about Derpy Hooves/ Dizzy Dee or Dizzy Doo, and I think it is an interesting animation.
So, I have another new avatar. Used it for my Steam too.

Ever since TF2 has become free, this has been showing up


And it's really loving annoying because I can't click ignore, the button goes down and plays the clicking animation, but nothing happens, it just sits there.
The problem is that it just keeps popping up during games and it's really pissing me off. Help me get rid of this.
