Seiber bought the mod from Hydralisk with his MOMS money, Hydralisk told seiber that he can do whatever he wants with it, considering bahamut and seiber are brothers they both have equal rights for their mothers money, therefore Bahamut traded it to my little brother while my little brother gave him a terragen mod.
