Justin K was first for this... so when he doesn't need it anymore I will move to the next person.. I'm gonna try to only run one for now, seeing that more eats up my bandwith not to mention my latency for each server... Justin you should all be set up.. I believe the server name is Diosadentro's Dedicated for Justin K... You can change whatever you wish... Have fun. If something doesn't work make sure to email me as I will get that on my cell phone so I should be able to address any problems pretty fast. Be aware that I do not guarantee server uptime, the server is as is.... I can't control random computer errors, server crashes, or university down time...
That said, I will do everything in my power to make you and your friends happy, including any support I can give... I do have auto save on, though I have yet to test it.. that being said SAVE YOUR WORK periodically. I am not to blame for building losses.
** Also,
As i am running Ubuntu, which is not windows just FYI, I can not guarantee that everything under the sun on blockland will work... everythign so far seems to be working. I am using WINE to run blockland in a windows xp environment.. as I upgrade my server from time to time, I might have blockland run in virtualbox for added stability and reliability, until then, happy blocklanding...
The server should be up 24/7 though I can't guarantee crappy Dell problems... LOL

Hey ya'll, I know its Diosadentro *Shocker*
Anyway, I have recently been doing a experiment with blockland on Ubuntu 9.04... successfully!!!
Which means my server now can host a blockland dedicated server.. Now, I don't really have time to play blockland, being in college and all.. Gotta make the grade and the bacon.
Anyway, what I'm getting at is, I am willing to host a dedicated server for someone for free if you need a server. This is mostly just for clans wanted a "always on" (meaning probably 90% uptime or when UTK's Internet isn't being stupid) server to build in.
Info about the server:
Right now It's called Diosadentros Multipurpose Dedicated Server (I think)...
The ping is at 23 when no one is in it, this includes a small brick count.. Yes, my server is that reliable
I will offer Super Admin and Admin you guys can do the alter admin list and all that jazz
What this is not: not a server for you FOREVER, its just as needed, I can probably run more than one depending on what ya'll need.
How to get this??

Anyway, I hope to offer this to people who really need it. Just let me know.. I will also download whaever add ons you would like or delete any you don't want.

Your clan (if applicable)
Why you want a dedicated server and for how long do you need it (respectabke time like 1 week or something... not 2 years or stuff like that)
And anything you would like the server to include... like add ons, player amount, and other information you want included.
As of yet IDK how to change the server name to not include my username... yes I have been off the air that long.. If anyone knows shoot me a message or something, it would be highly appreciated...)
Anyway, Happy blocklanding

Clan's get priority over single users... That being said, I will not boot someone off if a clan suddently wants the server. You gotta give me ample reasons why you need me to host the server for you. You gotta let me know a day in advanced if you wanna host a clan build or something like that. EMAIL ME, try not to message me, chances are I won't check this and I won't get your message.

Well, Just thought I would put my voice into all this. Trader has always been a great person to me, and has given a lot of his time and effort into this Game and its community. So, I completely disagree with most of you guys. He makes all these mods that you all use and instead of thanking him you make topics meant to bash and bruise him. Then you call him a little kid and say he is mean to everyone else.... Kinda Hypocritical, isn't it?
So let me just make some general thoughts on some of the things said so far..
Well now, Rkynick. These little black lines and dots that form words and sentences, do not have feelings or an attitude. So it is really hard to differentiate between jokes, and reality. UNLESS I SCREAM AT YOU IN ALL CAPS.

My beef with Trader is that he fails to differentiate between a joke and someone trying to tell you something is true, hence him getting pissy about me sending something through a bunch of language changers and calling it a language.

Posting spam on Blockland Constitutes a ban, just as it does on your forum. EXCEPT, on this forum Badspot will probably post your IP address and email address, the community will thus sign you up for stuff you would probably not want to be signed up for, your internet could be canceled or slowed dramatically, and you will be banned from the Roblox forum
So with all this in mind, I give you a fair warning. Lets try to act mature and stop posting hate messages back and forth. Roblox and Blockland is like trying to compare a R with a B While they are both building games, the games structure is completely different. Therefore they can not possible be compared together.. So try to grow up a bit and let everyone leave each other alone.. Roblox people go play Roblox, blockland people go play blockland..
Also for the blockland nubs out there, please stop posting spam/flame messages on their forums, it is just going to get you banned from Roblox and Blockland, then what will you do.. You can't play any of the building games. So please just go back to playing Blockland and ignore these Roblox people.

While I know its an old computer, it is still running Blockland fine. The problem comes when I try to load something. No matter what I select it loads the same random build 8188 bricks... No matter what map no matter what I pick... HELP!

Ok I've posted about this issue before. Please Please please Please Please Please search... there have been like 4 or 5 topics about the SAME THING! Look, i don't really care about IDs I only care about the people that come in and say "can I haz admin I build good wanna load PLZZZZ!!!!" But you need to realize. IN EVERY GAME... IN LIVE.... IN THE REAL WORLD!!! You are going to be judged on your arrival.. CEOS are the first ones to come join the company.. all the higher salaries are with people that have been with the company the longest.. Even kids vs. adults.. "I'm 30 years older than you, I'm smarter." The only reason I would even think about looking at ID's is because people post this kind of stuff. Just relax and let the idiots have their fun banning your because of your ID. Come into my server, if you are being a decent person you won't get banned. First it was the 500s then 1000s then 2000s and so on, Your day will come when you are the expert builder whose ID is considered low, just be happy you can be a expert builder for now...
