Help / Add-Ons Problem

A few weeks or so my add-ons worked fine. But now, when I put the add-ons in my add-ons folder they will never show up in my Blockland.
Please help me with this!

Help / Tools Problem

 I have a problem with opening tools in singleplayer. When I press Q for my tools it will never open. I tried the next day and still did not open my tools. Also, my tools bar is off the screen. Please help!
