Help / trouble with dedicated server

every time i attempt to start a dedicated server, it gets to "Launching"

and then a error appears

"Failed to download file manifest" or something..


yes i have

Allowed blockland on firewall

Allow blockland on security program

Forwarded IP

and i really want to dedi my TDM..
