Though, An idea would be making trains, Planes, And boats. But the boat should be built on land, Then somehow pushed or submerged into water. Submerge GUI?

The removing terrain thing. I'm really mad with that. They're probably gonna ask people to pay to still have terrain because 'They have to work over-hours' on it, Stupid idea, No Motive.
