What i can make map? Start new mission? I go: f11 > File > start new mission, but i need torquegame engine correct version. D-load link map? Plz, help!!!!!!!

I make map, but what? Can i make RTB island, and RTB island in fiery lava...? But what i can make map?  ANd my fire truck i gray, what i can paint firetruck red?! And f11 building is black?!
