I believe a person named JizzCake (BL_ID 37674) is responsible.  He crashed Crown's server and, shortly after, joined Pecon's server and crashed that as well.

that isn't proof. jizzcake is known to troll and crashed a singular server using events. You don't need to join the server in order to ddos it either.

glass hosting service is also apparently down

Kyle's knife tdm had lag for around 30 minutes before finally dropping to 30
sylvanor's server was experiencing moderate lag for a while
some servers went up to 4000 ping
it appears to be a global issue

I don't have much to say about adding things in, but heres things you shouldnt do:

-DONT make quests with very annoying and tedious tasks to get an award (EX: Cut 1000 wood to get magic!)

-(maybe) DONT make it so you can lose a-lot (some is fine) of progress at some point in the game (EX: Losing inventory, losing progress on a very large quest

-you SHOULD make it save position upon leave

-Be smart about placements, don't make it impossible to find things (give like hints or signs)

-If you make a GUI, add a compass, that way NPCs can give directions by saying "South of ____"

-GUIs help alot, make one.

-Cater to good players, and somehow make good difficulty scaling

Does anybody remember DRPG (Destiny RPG) back from like 2011?
Twas an amazing RPG ruined by the removal of maps, it relied on the infinite terrain of maps..most of the time.
I feel it has been buried over the past few years and I dont believe many people remember it. But for those who do; What were memorable times back in the DRPG days.

It could possibly be recreated due to the creation of PTG, and it would be interesting to see it (or a version) in the future.

didn't op say it was a fort wars server?
also you're just talking about the invincibility, but the focus here is on the event spam, I guess someone else did that then or did you or one of your friends do that too?

The "fort wars" server was a combination of a minigame with a freebuild. All events allowed, the host (Abcdefghijklmonpqrstuvw's) allowed VCE spam and all that other stuff,and a lot of the builds were built for fun. So it was technically a freebuild.

It wasnt any type of event spam. Everyone in the server was shooting me because i was invincible. alot of poeple had VCE spam rockets on aswell.
