Help / Server music add-on (/vm)

Hey there,
I got the Server_servermusic add on that lets you vote to play music however when a new song is played, it is silent for 5 minutes until starting. How do I make it keep playing when the song changes?

Ok.
I know a bit about C++, and am trying to make a minigame. How do I get to the place where I make the minigame script, and where should I start??
