Put the folder directly in "c:\" or somewhere other than your desktop.  "西野 智明" can't be in the game path.

You can't have weird characters in the path like that.  What you can do is download this: http://Blockland.us/files/BlocklandPortable.zip extract it to a folder and double click "RunMe.bat"
