to my understanding HDMI has a PC and TV mode. the wrong one will cause a blurry, saturated image. see if you can find anything about modes for hdmi in the catalyst control center.
if that doesn't work try a dvi or vga cable. I had the same issue with one of my monitors and started using VGA to fix it. (didn't have DVI)

I don't believe I have a VGA port, only DVI, but I'll see for HDMI modes.

is it hdmi?
HDMI, ye.
it could be overscanning
I thought htat too, but I don't think the new Radeon Settings has the ability to turn on or off overscan. GPU Scaling doesn't do a thing. I think I set a Custom resolution and was able to inch it in Catalyst, and I don't think I can do that anymore.

and you've checked that it's on the correct resolution?
also try both 1366x768 and 1360x768.

Si, 1366 is a no-go, as it stretches off the screen a bit.

Revert back to the old driver

I would, but I do believe it's more of a settings thing I can't remember doing, as I had this problem before, but was able to fix it with Catalyst Control Center, which Radeon no longer uses.

After updating my AMD drivers, before which, my T.V screen (1360x768 resolution) I use as a monitor was clean, crisp and overall-not annoying. Now that i've updated my drivers, it fits my screen, but seems really blurry.
Halp.

We just moved my computer to a new case, it worked JUST fine before. However now that we've moved it, it turns on for a moment then turns off. It's set to 115, the power supply is out of the box brand new and we can't find any stray screws or something to short it out.

PSU freaking out or GPU dying
Pick one
Would the GPU be dying so early after just getting it?

My msi card did this too then both fans died. Msi refused my warranty and I got forgeted. Try sending it in or msi will kill you.
How long did it take for the fans to die?

Did you overclock the card at all?
Not at all, I even underclocked it.

I just recently last Christmas upgraded to a GTX 960 graphics card, since that upgrade, certain games have caused my drivers to crash and some not, which was okay because I played the not more often than the crashers. However, I just reformatted my computer recently, installed clean drivers and just recently every game has started to crash my drivers at some point, i've tried reverting to older drivers which didn't help in the slightest. Checking MSI Afterburner after each crash tells me that my power consumption has skyrocketted to some insanely impossible number.

Help pls

whats with the recent accumulation of fat blocklanders recently

Well, i'm not exactly fat, just unfit. I don't want to get to the FAT point though. So i'm taking prepercautions now. I've officially dropped all soda and snacking. I've started a basic exercise of sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups and jogging every other day. I'm going to see if I can go to our school's gym inbetween those days to lift.

You can try to use the school gym after classes? That's what I did in high school and took the late bus home during stuffty weather or just walked home when it was nice.
I could see if they'd let me do that, not really thought about that idea.

Than go outside and run. Also how do you not have acces to a gym?
No car, no Gym/free period during school, parents are too stingy with their gas to drive me anywhere besides somewhere required.

Besides being overweight what is your current fitness level? Do you do anything physical or have easy access to a gym?
I have no access to a gym and the most physical thing I do everyday is walking from class to class.

Victor emerges from lurking to request help from BLF, I've recently decided to start getting into shape, but I have no idea where to start besides cutting out snacking and soda. I want to burn my gut that I have and look actually attractive, anyone have tips?
