Ok so I went into Fourm Profile set "I Will Upload My Own Picture" On then hit browse found the picture i've wanted (Tried like 3) And when I hit change profile it refreshes then just doesen't add the picture yet it works for things like age or birthday.

Oh and also if Iclick on the faded out servers and try to go to them they say connectio timed out.
