[CFF] is a filming clan. We make machinimas with a wide variety of games, including: Blockland, Minecraft, and other stuff. While we are technically 'official', we are not strict. You won't see any members walking around with a clan tag on them (unless they really want to...). We've already started to roll our snowball down the mountain, but we need a few more people to help push it. Competence and common sense is all that is required for becoming a 'Snowball-Pusher'.

Why, hello there! You may have seen my server up a few months ago with something called "Unknown Venture". I do not build things very often, but can when my brain begins to play a euphonious symphony inside. Unknown Venture is a Singleplayer Horror/Adventure/Puzzle/Problem-Solving quest. I realize that things in Blockland cannot be made that scary.. so I must admit that this will only cause slight wetness in your pants. It is not that long, and is still unfinished. I am open to suggestions for the ending [Or possible not the ending?] of this, as I am stuck on what to do next. I am also currently working on a short trailer for it, just to give out a taste of it. As of now, I'm added some extra interior pizazz where it lacks. While you wait for the teaser, here's a few screenshots.

I've noticed that the work you've put into the clan itself is more than what you've put into your videos. Note that I am not putting down the clan or movies, but simply making a suggestion. I thoroughly enjoy the intro, forum post art, and your organization for this, but by the looks of your films, it seems that you're not fully showing what you want expressed.
Remember, I'm not trying to put down the clan at all, and you don't even have to listen to me, I'm just making a suggestion
What I recommend:
1. Writing a script for each film you produce (Not sure if you're already doing this or not.. But I hope you are.)
2. Getting at LEAST 2 cameramen (If possible) for a variety of shot types/angles.
3. Don't be afraid to start a scene over! If you see something that went wrong because of an actor don't be lazy and let it slip.. Just start it over and explain what went wrong.
4. Voice acting is a MUST for a quality film. Take several tries if you have to, to make sure you aren't whispering, or any other annoying thing that can emit into your mic accidentally.
5. Constructive criticism is VERY helpful! Take every insult you get and inquire deeply into them, so that you will not have that same insult again!
6. Create your own ideas, don't go with something that's been done 100 times. (E.g. "A robot renegade cop!")
I honestly hope you take these into consideration, and I'm expecting to see some cool stuff in the new films coming up.

Problems with the OP:
-Your calling him out on grammar which is not the point of your argument. Most of the time. Don't do that.
-You "laughed" every time he left as if they all were "ragequitting" One example of this NOT being the case was even in one of your SS. He leaves, you 'lol', he comes back saying he can't find the prints. ... he didn't seem angry to me.
-He never seemed to order the host around.
-If the host hated him, he'd un-admin him. Seriously, why isn't the host making a drama if this guy is so bad.
First off, the grammar was for pure fun (Notice how I also made corrections on myself and friend..) Call me a Grammar national socialist if you will.
Secondly, the fact he directly avoided any self-conflict in him leaving made me laugh, it was an immature way of settling something.
Thirdly, he tried to take control of our project, was very rude to the host/S admin's, and overall acted poorly.
And finally, we did un-admin him, if you don't recall the last part of my post. Apparently an admin kept unbanning him and he was returning. Therefore, Boom, I posted it.
Try asking questions instead of assuming things next time you want to post.

Here he is simply getting a little trigger-happy about getting an admin. This couldve easily been sorted out by the OP, but instead he delays the decision and makes a drama so that you can all moan about him, he's been banned from the server, he's not a big threat to the community - Not drama worthy
