Modification Help / I need help with my new addon/script

Hi, ive made an addon (my very first), i had finally completed it when i tried to try it while playing on single player. Anyway, I activated it in the addons menu on start a game. It appears in the Addon activation list, but when i try to spawn it I cant find it  .It is based off the Gun addon that comes with bl. I have changed the names including the ui.I would appreciate it if someone cold help, thank you.
