How can you disable add-ons while you open the Dedicated.bat file? Can you edit it in the BAT file? If so, can you tell me how?

Luckly, I too have Linksy, but for me, It is impossible for me to make a server even if I did port-forwarding. Maybe it's my router that's causing the problem...
