AoT General / loveual frustration and lag

I have serious lag whenever i log into the game and cannot move the cursor without a 5000 century delay I used to be able to play fine but i got a new computer and a better internet connection since then. Anyways any help would be apreciated and im loveually frustrated at the moment.
Ive tried changing my network settings and lowering the game settings to minimum but it still does nothing. I do not have so much lag in game as when i am on the menus.
