Clan Discussion / wanna join a clan?

hey everyone my real name on BL is King Purple Panda and i help run a clan called BLP. the leader is Mr. Mod. he host servers so you should join and have some fun.

can someone post some steps on making maps.. like the order of how do do things and what programs i need? i kinda know you need torque constructor.. but what do you use to make landscape like mountains and water?

i know how to make decals and what not.. but how do i get it to look good on block land? like when i do it the quality isnt that good..

so can someone let me know to get better quality?
