So? Does that mean that we should all report him and hate him because of his age, no. What we should do is point out that Boki is in the wrong, just as much as Reso is.
I told Reso that rather then whining about it, do this:

Random Guy has connected to the server!
Random Guy: "Hey You're a stuffty admin"
Me: "Okay"
Random Guy: "You're a piece of stuff, no one likes you."
Me: "Okay thanks."
Random Guy: "No really, I'm gonna report you on the forums for being an starfish."
Me: "Okay, thank you, I don't recall saying anything saying anything mean?"

That's how Reso should have reacted. I'm not necessarily defending Reso to the uttermost extent, but I think when people log into servers just so they can find stuffty admins is stupid, and not how the game should be played, and that's why I dislike Boki.

May I add to my argument, I do believe that Reso did over-react, but what I meant was, we should actually teach the kid how to react, so he doesn't get anymore Dramas. He needs a role model.

have you not read the 3-4 other dramas on Resolute?

I actually have, and I've also seen screenshots sent to me from Reso. From my understanding, Boki came on originally, trying to cause drama, so he found an admin presumed to be younger, started being an ass to him, he got mad, kicked him, Boki got him demoted, which got Reso even more mad, which them Boki screenshot everything what reso replied with, but not what he (boki) originally replied with.

Rather then believing everything that you read, how about you talk to each party, and be respectful, and maybe you can come to agreements.

Going onto servers knowing that he is going to be there, and prepping screenshots, and cropping the images to make people look bad is not cool.
I have heard all of the evidences in this situation and I don't know 100% who I believe anymore.
If you don't want to be involved with someone, (not just Reso), don't play with them, it's simple.
