It's just aiming for an age group that's too immature to do much...There are a few good players, but it's a small minority.

Drama / Re: Does blockland hate Roblox?

Roblox as a game is pretty good, the community is mostly kids 13 and under though. Lots of teen angst and complaining. Reading the forums are hiliarious sometimes with their rants on how horrible it is over there with what they say is "the era of noobs"; yet do nothing about it but rant. Though I do think the moderator control on Roblox is a bit strict sometimes--I hear they lock and delete threads that have the word "Blockland" in it.

The general idea they have of Blockland is that it's community is built up of swearing teenagers, because those are the only players that Roblox players actually see for the most part.

Somebody's got an imp's tongue. :/
I had an issue similar to this, have you gotten the latest driver updates? If that's not helping, then you might try right-clicking the program and picking "Run as administrator" from the drop-down menu.

I actually think the physics engine in Roblox is very well made and performs nicely (but the lack of Mac support is a bit behind Blockland), but the community is horrible. Most people who play Blockland believe Roblox is a bunch of 8-12 year olds who are more immature than anything else in the world, while on the other hand Roblox thinks Blockland is a bunch of 12+ year olds who do nothing but swear and flame each other. I've played both games, so I believe my opinion is credible to a point.

People like that irritate me so much, (Even though I've played the other game, and the game isn't bad in itself. The problem is the horrible community of little kids that can't take an insult or swearing without exploding in a temper tantrum.) and the worst part is that I've seen how this guy acts on the other game--talk about teen angst.

Please excuse the double toast, but I figured out how to get it to run. Just right-click the shortcut on your desktop and choose "Run as administrator"; worked for me. :D

I'm having the same issue, as is my brother. I run Windows Vista Home Premium on a Toshiba Laptop, if anyone needed the information. :/ My brother runs the same OS on a Gateway laptop.

Sounds like the Tails Doll cult, to me. :/ And in all honesty a demonic possessed doll (i.e. Chuckie) can be more frightening to me than Yoshi at times. ._.;;
