Help / How do you foward ports on a Vista?

I've looked on the port forwarding page, but since it uses examples from what looks like windows 98, I can't really tell what to do. I'm stuck on step 3B. Vista doesn't have a Network and Dial-Up connections icon. The closest one to it is Network and Sharing center but it doesn't show the connections (i.e. LAN, Wireless Lan). What do I do now?

I saw someone wearing a hat and thought it looked cool. I looked on the avatar customization area and couldn't find it. I'm assuming he downloaded it but from where?

Well the Add-Ons I put in the Folder aren't even showing up in that Add-ons menu.

I installed some Add-Ons like a Vehicle called the Minijet, and some weapons. When I went to Play Blockland, I could find the MiniJet in the Vehicle Spawn point menu, and I couldn't find the weapons I downloaded either.

What's wrong? I don't even see them in the Add-Ons menu when you start a game.
