Are you sure they are enabled? Also, are you playing on the Custom gamemode? Are you looking in the right place [the special tab]?

It's probably in your best interest to just let people contact you through the forum PM system (except some people could be PM revoked....)

Also, how many people are you aiming for to participate in this? And what if any prizes will be offered to the winner?

You should at least tell people what to expect. Are you using default weapons only? Or are you including things like Warhammer, Battlefield, etc?

the rules:
Just find stevenalexwyant's Games to begin.
I will give you the password and the password change every round.
Just give me something to send the password.
I will use a random number Generator to choose the death math.
Each time a new round is made a new death math will be made.
