That's a stupid suggestion. The amount of players you can host before having latency issues depends on how much bandwidth you have. Being that you're likely young, ask your parents what speed they pay for.

Yes, It makes your computer more vulnerable to certain attacks like DoS/ DDoS. Realistically, hosting in general is risky. Your IP is openly available.

the port forward thing asked for a password that i dont know.

If you haven't changed your router's password it's likely still default. There are sources on the internet with a list of default usernames and passwords. Typically, the username is admin and the password blank or admin. It varies depending on the manufacturer of the router. You can go to portforward.com for help.

The fact that some content showed up means the files are not corrupted. Unless you've been tampering with the file or downloaded the mod from an unofficial source you should probably be looking for alternate packages. I'm fairly certain Legacy content is scattered over multiple downloads.

Obviously something from one of those mods is causing your server to act that way. Uninstall the mods. If you'd like to keep them. Individually install each mod and verify your server is functioning properly. Once your server screws up remove the previously installed mod. Really, the solution was in the question.
