A good idea would be to make a beach and have a smaller hill behind it.Then put a road layout on it to build houses ect on.

Hello, I've made a basic model of a ferry. You may edit it how you like but if it is made into an addon please give me credit where needed. You can use the GSF Carriers script in order for it to be drove on(By cars),walked on,ect. If you do not like the model please think about making a ferry. Thank you.
