Let me explain...

Shrubscrub was using the client timescale and claimed he was a hacker using cheat engine. I, being the scrublord I am, decided to show him the .dll that people were crying about a few months back. This led to Achoo get bum blistered and made this drama.

That noise cancelling isn't good if it can't almost completely cancel the sound of the voices

They are pretty old, so that could be the case.
