Try removing all the Bot_Block* add-ons.

Your console.log is absolutely horrible. You just had to install every single old and incompatible mod you could find, didn't you?

Like what? please tell me all the bad addons that you can find it'll really help me! :c

P.S: When i crouch with a weapon and try to left click, all it does is Activate like if i'm using E Button and i loose my hat from hatmod..

start server.
trace(1); in console.
crouch and attempt to fire weapon.
trace(0);
exit.
post console.log

probably a server addon then
can other players crouch and shoot?

Nope, they can't too, so i'm sure it's not a Client Addon causing it, really wish someone knew the exact addon

does this happen on other servers?
does this happen in single player/your own server?

and if it's caused by one of your addons, you should probably figure out which one

Only happens in my server, and i'm sure it is caused by an addon so i guess imma try to look for it, just might think someone knows the exact addon causing this :c

does this happen on a clean install?
has it always been an issue?
does this happen on other programs/games?

it doesn't happen on clean install
and it was an issue for a bit so i think it's caused by an addon (i'm too lazy to check for it in like 100+Addons :c)
and no of course it doesn't happen in other games but BL.
PS: I can hear the sound of the weapon when i pull it out whenever i crouch.

if you don't want the prop hunt gamemode itself you can either rip the item out or if there's a link out there for the item itself you can use that

But i cannot see the tool's file/folder in the Rar :c
