Did anyone know what happened to bobafet5? I think he later went by BobaFettFive as well.
There was also somebody I used to play with named LavaSoft or something like that.

Unfortunately as much as I played Blockland I barely have any memories of the people I played with.

I'm definitely not very active anymore but I am always amazed by how much time I spent on Blockland during my early teen years especially, and how important it was in my life back then. I still pick it up every year or so. Checking out the forums pretty consistently makes me feel very nostalgic.

12 years last month I believe.

I am a huge advocate for beer, but if you insist I'll tell you that you cannot go wrong with vodka. You can mix that stuff with anything on earth and you will just be anything with a kick.

My favorite liquors for the taste of the liquor are tequila and white (unspiced) rum though. I'm not a big dark liquor guy.

I quit smoking cold turkey in January so that I could gain weight faster at the gym and it's made a world of difference in my sense of taste and how I handle anxiety. I don't even crave when I drink anymore.

Cool video, man. Keep it up

This isn't my original account, but I started in 2009.

Looking back I am always blown away by how much of my time and creative energy went into Blockland growing up. This community probably had a tangible impact on how I turned out as a person.

I'm sure there are more people who I have forgotten than I remember as well, which makes me a little sad that I'm missing out on some of that nostalgia.

Lots of work. My supervisor is leaving soon and I've got big shoes to fill.

What's his MOS? I might try and hit him up when I get there.
Yeah, I'd love to do some IRL meet up stuff if anyone in Virginia wants to hang out one of these weekends.
If you're going to 1st CAB then definitely try to link up with my buddy. I can PM you some details if you're interested.

You're married? You're not even 20 though lol
Privates getting married too young is a tradition as old as military service itself.

what are all these acronyms man, i cant follow your military speak

is there a translator for this?
SOP == Standard Operating Procedures
AIT == Advanced Individual Training (occupational training one takes after basic combat training)

Most AIT classes drop Drill SGTs and switch to Platoon SGTs, and itís usually a lot more laid back from what I understand. Only a few MOSs still keep Drill SGTs for AIT. MPs, I think infantry, yours obviously, and maybe a couple others.
That changes all the time depending on TRADOC funding AFAIK. Even signal just switched back to drill sergeants after having PSGs for a while.

Unrelated, I am pretty surprised that there are so many service members in the BLF. I guess it makes sense considering military's age-old goal of weaponizing autism.
