the underachievers' town build

this is a build of a town that is completely made up. i wanted to see how well i could make different styles of buildings and make them work together.
 this town includes old-styled buildings and houses. the roads are supposed to be small to preserve brickcount and because i want them small.

ive been trying to get a new colorset because the default one sucks.

i downloaded the colorset editor and a new colorset (eksi's city colorset) and put both of the downloads into my add-onn folder.

whenever i try to start a game, neither one of them shows up.

what should i do?
