Not sure if this is something that can be fixed or not (I'm no map maker), but I found a hole in the mansion map.

right click/jet to pick up and put down cups and pots. the createCup event needs a direction to place the cup, and a brick name in the text field (ex: Wine Glass)
Ok that was it, I wasn't right clicking, don't know why I didn't think of that. Thank you.

I apologize if this is a stupid question, I can't tell if this isn't working for me or if I'm being an idiot and don't understand how I'm supposed to make this work, but I place down something, like the coffee pot for instance, I can't pick it up when I click it, I tried using the createcup command and that didn't seem to do anything, am I actually doing something wrong here? I'd really like to be able to use this so any help would be appreciated.

Small update, just a screenshot of a new test chamber, sorry for the lack of upkeep lately, between the move and needing to take a break every now and again so I don't get burnt out on this project, I've been busy. On a side note, it took a bit of fiddling around to get this to function properly.

Suggestions & Requests / Easter Bricks
« on: March 11, 2017, 10:02:50 AM »
We have Halloween Bricks and someone else made Christmas bricks with presents and snowmen and such things. Why not have a brick pack for Easter? You could have small eggs that work similar to chests when you find them and click on them, you could have Easter baskets, you could have bunny bricks, there's a lot of things that could be done here. I just think it's a nice idea.

is that aperture science or a chase bank

Allow me to clarify, it's meant to match the logo in the portal prints.

onProjectileHit>Projectile>Delete ?
Well damn, I've never actually noticed the "projectile" option after selecting "onprojectilehit"
Which is astounding, because I've had blockland since 2009.

pretty dope project. id suggest maybe making the floor tiled instead of just using a single plate like you are now, it'd give it a more polished look and would be closer to portals style. id also suggest checking out swollows RTB archive (http://swololol.com/rtb) and grab some of the old portal add-ons (prints especially)
It's funny you mention the portal addons, I have them, the prints, the portal gun, even the portal bricks, the bricks are what I've been using in fact. I also have the energy ball projectile but I haven't found a way to actually make it function the right way, I need the projectile to be destroyed when it hits the catcher, but I can't find a way to do this. I'm sure there's an addon somewhere that adds a destroy projectiles event, but I haven't found it.

Updating with some more screenshots, I changed the color of the doors and I included some shots of the entrance.

Looks kinda bland imo
The floor should be a little darker, it looks a bit like a giant padded room
Fair enough, I'll implement it into the build next time I work on it.

I've been working on this for the past month or so, I only took a few screenshots, so there's some stuff that isn't seen in this thread, there's an entrance area and I'll upload shots of that later as I make more progress.

Feel free to let me know what you guys think.
Here's another screenshot of the behind the scenes area with the darker floor, I personally think it does look better this way.

'hey everyone i made this stuff gun'
'that gun sure is stuff, you did a good job'

'look everyone! this exchange is definitive proof that the blockland forums is a terrible place! how dare he respond to such stimulus the way he did!'

Ok I never said the forums are a bad place. The contrary in fact. However it is my fault as I did not read all the comments. I just saw the negative stuffe on the first page and tried to be funny because of it.

Sorry.
