The Castle of the Goblin King


Singleplayer/Coop rpg adventure gamemode.
Fight your way through a dark castle to defeat the Goblin King and rescue a princess!
NPCs with dialogue!
Lots of custom models!
Sword levels!
~1 hours playtime!


Put the contents of the zip into your Add-ons folder. All the required add-ons/music are included.

Catchy name, I know.


Singleplayer/Coop quake type shooter.
Shoot your way through a space station full of zombies and monsters to reach the escape shuttle at the end!
~15 minutes playtime to get through the whole thing if you aren't focussed on 100% kill/secret rate.
For 1+ players.
There is currently no in-game music, but I have been sitting on this gamemode for far too long already.

The helmets were fine in terms of offset, Tony just wanted to have helmets where you have to look through the eyeholes. He's using modified hats/hatmod.
Most hats are just solid blocks so from the FP perspective you are looking through the model. Fixing it just meant hollowing out the model and adding faces to the inside walls.

Contains some different unique types of bow.
If you check out a rtb archive and search for RPG you'll find a bunch of this type of thing for other weapons like swords etc.
I remember an rpg pack of bows which had stuff like "bronze bow", "iron bow" and so on, but I cannot think of what it was called.

nice. could you get me the chimper 7 gun too?

Masterlegodude made these but I couldn't find the original topic or wherever I got these from. They are based on metal gear solid's vr training which is essentially just tron.

Very cool! One minor issue though: killing these bots in a minigame and then getting close to their bodies causes them to attack as if they were still alive. I encountered the same thing with your earlier wraith bots.
Yeah, this is to do with blocklands bots in general.
Tbh I could probably get around it by removing the weapon on death or whatever, but its a rare enough occurrence to not be worth the effort.

Updated to remove some teeny weeny error messages caused by trying to change the speed of an object that isn't there.

Big Knight Bots (I couldn't think of a better name)
(A cyclops, big knight and minotaur)

  • A cyclops bot with 400hp!
  • A big knight bot with 500hp!
  • A minotaur bot with 750hp!
  • The cyclops is automatically on the "goblin" team, the others are just enemies.
  • Weapons that use custom animations!
  • Complete animations!
  • Node customization!

No. Is it happening consistently?
This might be just down to how bots work like how the default ones fire guns after death. Also could be something to do with the charging/firing animations of the weapons.
I'll look into it once I'm done with exams in like 2 weeks, but its probably just how bots are.

Updated the animation filenames from anim.dsq to wraith_anim.dsq.

Assuming that's the cause it should fix things. I haven't been able to replicate any of these problems so I can't be certain though.
