Games / Re: MegaMan :D
« on: April 09, 2008, 06:28:54 PM »
=NES=
Megaman 1-3 best of the nintendo series

4-6 was same ol same ol just charge ability and rush modes plus the additions of eddy and beak(that bird thing)

=SNES=
Megaman 7 was ok,

9 Rockman and Forte (JP only) was pretty good -Bass was better than megaman in terms of bought power ups-

X-X3 were epic, good levels of fun and difficulty (X2 bike levels were stupid hard though)

=PSX=
Megman 8 anniversary -had spiffy anime scenes, played like 7-

X4 -Great anime scenes, Duo kills the guys at X headquarters and its either blood or red oil, still great!-  Game was great as well

X5-6 -shafted the anime scenes for boring pictures-, played like any other X game

Megaman Legends 1 + 2.. Differing opinions on these games.. some people found the controls to clunky and the leap from 2D to 3D disorienting...
====I LOVED THEM!.. legends kicked ass for me.. SHINING LASER!!!!! lawl!====
-ehem-

=PS2=
X7 -Dear god why!!!!!..  axels a tard, the controls were beyond awful and the game was just crap.

X8 -Suppose to be better than X7, not saying much.. never got a chance to play this one-

=GB=
Megaman had a mix of megaman 1 and megaman 2 villians, very annoying levels. but was overall a good handheld (Considering that Grey Brick to play it on)

=GBC, they remade some X games from the snes... nuff said

=GBA=
The Zero series was decent =1 was probably my favorite due to it being new=

Battlenetwork =Preferred taste kinda game, I enjoyed the first 1, they pretty much all played the same though, but its all good=

=DS=
Megaman ZX.. its just like the zero series but even more punishing on you if you attack a bosses weakspot =wasnt the point of megaman games to use weakness against bosses?=,, and the whole mission/travel map stuff sucks!.
-The second game ZX Advent I never played, Its probably just like ZX but with added stuff-

Starforce.. Never played. I didnt like the whole over the shoulders camera view they used.

Latest patch for OS types.
==

If your attempting to use a NO-CD crack, then dont.
If your using an illegal version of Diablo 2 then buy the games.

Battlenet will not work unless you do these.
-changing to windowed mode is as easy as adding -w to the shortcut target-
=you cant resize anything though, diablo 2 has only ever worked in low resolution -640x480- + -800x600 added for LOD.=

Games / Re: Swat 4
« on: March 25, 2008, 09:20:55 PM »
They released an expansion I think as well, I only have the original version..
-It was a lot of fun online, doing the coop missions, although your score normally tanked due to your team mates dying -or you dying, since the higher difficulties gave the computer insta head shots-

but the worst parts of the game are handcuffing everyone, and picking up weapons (which seems like BS to  have to pickup suspect guns -wheres the CSI halt THATS EVIDENCE! patrol when you need it?)
--Having to pickup all the weapons also ends up being the thing that makes matches take so long -Its always one missing gun, and no one can find the darn thing-.
==================

For the most part the Idea is you start off in a location based on your selection for entry into that map -then you check room to room using all your little gadgets per swat member
=checking under doors with a camera scope
=bashing open doors or slighty opening the door to see whats inside
--as well you can give commands to your npc buddies in the single player to open and throw in flash bombs or sting balls, then you rush in hoping the enemies either ran or are dazed enough that you can YELL at them to drop thier weapons and then handcuff them.. then rinse and repeat till maps finished...
-Theres also a sniper option in some maps, you see from the snipers POV and control his aim to take out a suspect =one of the maps is like a gas station or little food mart and its being robbed,=

But it has its suprises, the AI isnt completely stupid, but its a bit random in thinking it needs to open fire on you in most cases.

Its just an upgraded project entropia, and for anyone who knows, project entropia pretty much forced you into buying currency to actually do anything (after you used up all your sweat chances as a newbie)

Help / Re: Is there a indepth guide to using the mission editor?

I am trying to figure out if you can move bricks through it.
I can delete them, but it I move the selected bricks, just the outline it self moves.

Help / Is there a indepth guide to using the mission editor?
« on: April 11, 2007, 12:49:24 PM »
I never really used it in beta, and I have tried searching "mission editor" topics to only find install instruction (which I did just fine).

but I am wondering if there is a guide somewhere to using the editor for a new person to it.

I wouldnt think anyones getting sued for making a fan site..
-however-

He might want to ask people first if they want either thier Images/mods/addons/decals/etc.. before just putting them up

Clan Discussion / Re: Blockland Legends

Guess he cant take Criticism.
-you know the comunity doesnt need Elitist bull spreading people even farther apart-

so what if others are better builders, anyone can be with a decent knowledge of how to use the tools in blockland/ alot of time on thier hands/ and an idea in thier head of what to make

no one needs to be remembered as some special group of builders, if your a good builder your already known from the stuff you post in the galleries.

==I like blockland as a game to play to make things and show them off, not a competition where builders are seperated in good/decent underneath so called legends==
---------------

Guilds and Clans are the same thing, its suppose to be a group of people dedicated to a game at the same time these clans are things that people should want to join to become better and learn more -since most guilds/clans have people of differing skills..  elite guilds have no place as they just push people away and make them feel inferior

=see we even have the word Noob showing up, why? just cause people have a different opinion?=

Mighty Elitist club your starting eh?

Im still unsure of why you even posted it as a clan, theres no way in, its only for people who you feel are worthy -what happens if a builder you ask to join denies your invitation?-

are the only builders/players in the community worthy of remembering for everyone else if thier not in your little circle jerk?

you come off a little too "exclusive VIP access only"
