Something like LittleBigPlanet that utilized Steam Workshop, but added more custom content; uploading models and textures, custom stickers and audio, actual 3D (not layers; possible toggle option), and scripting support. Imagine the community content of Gmod crossed with the gameplay and creativity LBP.

Uh, Unreal Engine 4? Or essentially every Game-Creation tool (Unity, GameMaker etc...)?

I never ever hosted a lan server. Simply because there's noone else in the lan that has blockland.

The thing is: they can join on a full LAN server with the demo.

EDIT: On topic: yes, multible times, lots of fun at lan parties.
