I already gave it a static IP. It was directed to do so in Baddpots Guide and I gave it the IP of 192.168.0.149

Did you actually check the port in the file? Did you check to make sure that you allowed the UDP port through your firewall and that you forwarded the UDP port?

Attached are pictures making sure I did everything correctly as you said it.

It should be a UDP port. Make sure you did that instead of TCP. Also, make sure that your server is actually set to the correct port. Look for $Pref::Server::Port in config/server/prefs.cs.

I'm pretty sure I have everything set up correctly. Do you have skype to let me share screen to make sure?

I allowed the port as an Inbound and Outbound Rule and still nothing is working.

OP, you also need to make sure that the ports are allowed through the firewall on your computer.

Ive allowed all incoming connections from Blockland on Windows Firewall

Haven't changed ISPs. Not many choose from in Southwest Wisconsin unless you want to pay stuff loads of cash a month.

It's never really been that bothersome to me, but I've finally given in and decided I need to get hosting to work for Blockland since I've never gotten it to work. I've port forwarded more times than I can remember, using not only Badspot's Guide but many others. I'm not sure what, if I have done anything, wrong. I've tried several different ports to no avail. I've had to portforward for an Xbox before so I could open the NAT type and that's worked before but I can't understand why I can't get any of these damned ports to become open so I can just host a server.

I have a Cisco - E1500 (Linksys Firmware) Wireless Router that I am honestly 3 feet from in the other room. Any help would be appreciated. Back when I started playing in V18, I could host then, and one day it just stopped working and I've never been able to understand why and it's been a very long time since V18 and I just want to host a fricken server.

forget i have no clue how all these video streaming sites work. all i've ever done is audio stream. if you want to stream that'd be great. we could probably hook up a skype/steam call to get audio streaming along with it?

yeah so waldo told me to come over and ask whether you want the championship basketball game to be live broadcasted and announced or not. the quality may not be that great but i think it'd add to a little fun. it'd cost a little chunk of money but it might be worth it in the long run. up to you guys
