I honestly wasn't saying things to discourage you. Tbh I'd recommend lowering your bf first, then doing strength training. I'm sure that's what a friend done, and a cousin of mine (who used to be quite fat), and they have some pretty insane core strength + an aesthetically pleasing body lol

im already losing a lot of body fat as is, our football conditioning is intense

Definition wise. Like, claiming to be pressing however much you said you were, I would expect to see a little more chest definition or something lol.
Idk I haven't really trained with anyone relatively big/strength training. The closest would be a guy 70-80kg who's into that strength training stuff, but his body is aesthetically pleasing.

Most recent pictures is this, about 3 months old, I'd like to think I've bulked more since.
(haven't taken a front picture in ages lol)

its probably because of the way i took the picture. i have a few more that are alot better if you want to see them.

you must be doing something wrong though, honestly, I wouldn't be able to tell you were going to the gym if you hadn't mentioned it.

rofl, im not doing anything wrong. all of my lifts have been increasing, and i've been breaking my plateaus.

and btw, you should post a picture of yourself. i haven't seen one.

i'll get a pic for you guys soon, but im not 200 pounds of pure muscle lol. i still got a way to go before i get the body i really want.

bulking is incredibly difficult what are you talking about.

Sure its easy to put on fat but building muscle mass is extremely difficult.

The only reason I put on 13lbs was mainly due to puberty.

it depends on the person, what are you talking about. genetics plays a large role in the type of physique you can achieve, how you put on weight, metabolism, etc.

Rugby, yes. but that doesnt really tell me much.

if you ever seen a highschool football team, you'd notice that the linemen are really huge. take note that these guys are 16-18, and weigh 200-280. its not that hard to put on weight lol. but why would you doubt me on my weight anyways?

well thats a pretty amazing effort right there, got any pics for reference of your body before / after? its not often you see somebody turn 180 pounds of fat into 200 pounds of muscle.

i never said i had 200 pounds of muscle, i have around 20% body fat. i don't have any before pictures.

your profile says you're 15, so you began working out at 12? very impressive lifts, but ive never heard of a 200 pound 15 year old

i started lifting weights with my father at 13, so its 2 years and 8 months now. i weighed around 180 back then, and since i didnt workout before, i was mostly fat.

bench press - 235 pounds

squat - 295 pounds

dead lift - 315 pounds

im 5'10 200 pounds, been working out for almost 3 years now.
