It's now several days later and the game still does not appear in the Steam accounts game library.

I just transferred one of my alternative BL keys (via email) to a secondary steam profile I have.. During the process I got this concerning error..

says "Getting steamAPI response... ERROR: HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden"

It says the process went through and the key was transferred however the Blockland game does not appear in the steam library/inventory.

The transfer was made twenty minutes before making this post, do I need to wait longer for it to appear in my steam library?

I've been rigging the HonorMining system to use an external MYSQL database, it's not exactly stable in it's current condition to host. Kind of demoralized to work on it, keep getting weird PHP results/bugs

Do you have two factor authentication to log into Steam? If not, you should.

Alternative theory: There are kids that feed off database leaks from big companies/organizations. It's possible he used a previously active password that was leaked. If I were you I would change all accounts that share your old password. Also checkout this site ( https://haveibeenpwned.com/ ). You can input your email address and see if your account/password/address/phone-number has been leaked.
