I think you completely missed the fact that they're definitely two different people. That would be such a stunt to fool us for so long and in such a complicated manner.

your argument is that hammer shouldnt be key revoked because malware or his evil twin might have done it.
We don't know enough to details to make any judgement. We're trying to get details but you appear to have found the truth already.

Maybe Badspot should do another one of those executive orders like he did with Lord Tony and ponies, except now with Kalphiter talking about/to Ephi. We'd be on Kalphiter^87 by the end of the year.
What the forget does this have to do with anything?

lol you're trying way too hard. why is it that all you misfits and losers seem to band together when one of you comes under fire?
Don't evade my argument.

No but it makes you an idiot.
Really?

I'm sorry for caring about truth and accuracy; I forgot you hated them so much.

My favorite thing about you is how stupid and easy to make fun of you are. Like everything about you is pathetic and laughable at this point, and you show up and try to wave your e-peen around but only serve to remind everyone why we don't like you.
I'm stupid because Hammereditor posted right before my post saying something different? I don't think you have enough intelligence to realize things like that.

What the forget are you even saying? Are you contradicting yourself or are you just bad at making thoughts into words?
Unlike you, I don't jump to conclusions. Defending Hammereditor from your stuffty conclusions does not mean I'm on his side.

On what planet does that make any kind of sense? If one of them did the hack and neither of them are fessing up to it or ratting the other out, you ban them both.
The question was about who did it, not about who gets banned. Don't evade the question.

false.
It all depends on Ephialtes' testimony; it's an assumption. Using his specific testimony by itself is an assumption and needs to be pieced together with many other things to make a strong case.

Here's how to construct a case against Hammereditor:
1) Ephialtes' testified against Hammereditor/Pacnet by saying the attack came from their IP.
2) Hammereditor's story is oddly inconsistent
etc...

One of those alone does not say anything.

I don't know why people are arguing this - rules are rules. If he left his computer logged into his share trading site and his friend bought a bunch of stuff you can't just ring the stock market and get the money back. Learn to lock your computer or suffer the consequences - call it a life lesson at the low price of $20. I stand by my ban.
Do they not apply to you when "rules are rules"? This wasn't the guy himself who broke the rules; there are plenty of things to argue about.

You can't seemingly get your money back from the stock market, but you can easily unban him. That's a terrible brown townogy.

If you share the same IP address, you share the responsibility and the blame. It is literally everyone on that address' fault for one malicious user on the address.
what the forget kind of logic is this

fact: the attack came from your IP
Not a fact. Assumption.

fact: either you or pacnet are the culprits
If it had been malware as Hammereditor claims, then neither is a culprit. Hammereditor's story is pretty inconsistent and looks botched.

fact: if you two actually are brothers, and neither of you are fessing up to it, you're in on it together
Poor logic. One can be lying and the other telling the truth.

But there's no reason to single you out. Why would he risk his moderator status to put you short one Blockland key?
The same way he risked his moderator status by breaking several rules in the past. In other words, there is no risk.
