Sephiroth == William Atchison == Poyuit and like a dozen other names he goes by but hes also presumed to be the shooter because theres a lot of coincidences

Poiuyt isn't the shooter, I know him and his brother irl. His name isn't William Atchison, he's 18 or 19, and he lives in Minnesota. Idk his Steam but I can probably get that from his brother tomorrow. I think SeventhSandwich can also confirm that it isn't him based on Sev's posts from this thread and some PMs I exchanged with him at the time.

Noibat is really great once you evolve it into Noivern. I got one from Japan via wonder trade in Y, it was such a useful mon. Solid picks (I would choose Metagross btw)

I'm pretty excited to finally use Noivern, I've been wanting to use him in a playthrough for a while now. I'm leaning towards Metagross, but I've already used it on a couple teams so i'm not sure yet.

They're all level 15-20. Probably gonna get rid of Cutiefly since I'm planning on using a Volcarona and I don't want 3 bug type son my team. I'm planning on Omastar and either Metagross or Palossand for my last two mons.

Been here about 9.5 years, I still lurk the forums frequently and play BL from time to time. I worked on a pretty big project in game at the start of this summer and I'm hoping I can get back to it and finish the small parts I have left before the end of the year.

also another thing is that i feel like the overall build quality got better after maps were taken out. i dunno if it's just me but back in the day most of the builds that were considered good really pale in comparison to most things

I agree that builds have gotten much better since maps were removed, but I don't think this has much to do with the removal of maps. Before they were removed, none of the top clans or builders hosted servers on a map that wasn't slate-like. The build quality right before v21 was a lot higher than early retail; comparing USSR or MotE's builds to NWB, C, or AoB show how far builders came while maps were still in the game.

The two big things that lead to better builds were more brick packs and players having played longer. It takes a long time to get really good at building, all of the best builders have been here for years. Also, one of the most useful brick packs for building small detailed parts of builds (small prints pack) came out ~5 months before v21. It takes a lot of time to get really good at using these brick and the other similar brick packs that were released after maps were removed, so it makes sense that builds are so detailed now compared to just before v21.

does anyone have the build that was made for a DM and it's like in a small canyon and there's like a cave part and there's a tiny little place you can walk through with a waterfall
there was a video with it and i think it was a randomizer DM and it's from like 2007-2008

I'm pretty sure you're talking about USSR's Crayon from this video. Unfortunately it looks like my save isn't complete, but you can download it here. There's a lot of spam and other builds in this save, Crayon is floating in the sky.


Also, does anybody have a save of Wedge's arcologies server?
