Help / My cursor keeps moving.

Hi, it's been a long time since I've played..
The problem I'm having is the cursor moves without me moving my mouse.. this always happens to me. (even after a restart of the game)
It's linux (wine) so..

Anyway I remember their being some code to inject into the console to stop it..
Something like mouse();

I see allot of clans who add passwords to their server... I'm not sure if it's possible but, creating some program that restricts players based on BL_ID would be cool.. So if someone joins w/ BL_ID '4000' and it wasn't on the whitelist they get kicked followed by, "Your not part of 'blank' clan"... I'm pretty sure it's creatable..

Reason instead of having a password is just because it would be less of a hassle.. You could have a clan application and just save every new BL_ID that's accepted..

Hmm.. Well just tell me if you like my idea.. and hopefully someone will create it ;)

Help / OpenGL nVidia driver crash...

Hmm.. lately the only the game that crashes w/ my SLI 8600GT setup is blockland..
I've installed the latest drivers and removed the old drivers and it's files...

I just got an error 14, after nVidia driver openGL crashed.
I was tabbing views from first person two third..

I'm just going to show my log from the point of my spawn to when nvidia crashed and recovered.

Hi, I was looking for the /mute script.. for my server.
I came upon a quote from a 2007 mod guideline post..

If I install this mute mod on my server and badspot finds out about this.. does that mean I'm a step into getting banned?

or does this rule only apply if you post a mod that has the /mute function on these forums?

(is this rule even applied still?)

But I want to make it ded, but the minigame can only be created by an admin (I don't want to give admin to anyone..)

How could I create a defualt minigame and leave my server be?

How many of you are familiar with linux?
-- How many of you are interested in a linux dedicated.bat
I'm interested in a linux version of blockland.. I know bad spot has other things to worry about.
But I would like to see a linux version of dedicated.bat
so we can start hosting on a linux server.

I have a linux 64-bit ubunto server edition.. Hopefully I'll see a blockland dedicated.bat running on it.. soon..
I won't hold my breath though.

I just want to see how many of you are interested in a linux dedicated.bat

Hi, I recently forwarded my ports, and made a server.
Everything is fine, but I'm interested in creating a dedicated server.
One of the things I need to know are some of the console commands, such as loading maps, (a link to a list of console commands? )
and kicking users out.(/banning)

I also want to know if it's normal that I can't connect to my dedicated server.


(Why isn't there an official dedicated server guide)


Does blockland crash while using it in fullscreen and ALT-TAB out. (my does in 1280x768 haven't tried in other resolution yet)

Hi, I was wondering if my brother could connect directly to my server w/ a demo account?
Sort of like lan, but we don't have a 20 foot lan cable :P

Is it possible for the guest account to add the ip to the server?

Help / What should my private i.p. be?

but I'm confused to what I should put as my private i.p.

I have comcast so my DNS is dynamic. How do I make it static?

Suggestions & Requests / Events Restrictions.

I want to see an add-on that lets the S admin of a server to set restrictions for events.

For example:
I set 'SpawnProjectile' to Super Admin only. When a non S-admin trys to SpawnProjectile It'll say "You do not have permission to these events"

I'm not sure if this is a simple or complex thing.. But I would guess the options for the restrictions would be,
mini-game
admin
super admin
and perhaps an input for BL_ID..

I hope you like my suggestion, and if you don't GTH =P (JK, just don't flame @ me.)

Hi I was wondering if it's possible to change the bl_id in lan servers from 999999 to our real bl_id?
Like doing some sort of syntax while in game? I guess something like bl_id 999999 = bl_id 7299.. but that's of course wrong =p

I was just wondering, because me and my friend both bought the game but I can't fwrd ports (problem w/ my router) and so I hate when he has FULL trust.. LOL

Um, If any modder can make some type of Switch, for like lights..  (lol)
I know people can just make their own round bricks which make square bricks disappear and stuff.. But if there was an actual brick, maybe the size of 1x1 that had a switch texture on it.. that could make other bricks light up or turn off..

It'll make the game seem more realistic, not that it doesn't seem that way.. just make it more (=Þ)

Hi, I'm new to blockland, and I need help setting a password for a gate or door.

What input event and such do I need to apply to password protect a door/gate.
I want a password protected door, and if you guess wrong, a car explosion will occur and the player's health will go to 25. =]

If you don't know how to get the player's health to 25, just explain how to password protect doors. =]
