Off Topic / fish tank v2.0: reopened to the blf

i'm going straight to the point: space inaba, aka utsuho reiuji, aka clownfish has recently died in a car accident, just after obtaining his learner's permit.
his parents decided to transfer ownership of the fish tank discord over to me, at my request, since i served as head admin, and, well, i was his best friend.
with his death, people started to leave en masse. i don't blame them, they probably didn't want the reminder.

in the interest of the community, or at least that which remains, i'm opening the server to the blf. all prior grudges will be set aside, if you were banned before. we'll give everyone a second chance.
